1) Give directions to the Sony Service Centre
2) Give directions to the Sony Ericsson Service Centre
3) Inform customers that PSP was out of stock (to which a customer said that we should've put up a sign so they wouldn't have false hopes of getting one)
I could've put up a signboard right there and it would've been able to do all the above.
