The feeling of being wanted, being recognised and being trusted seems to be what I'm currently after. It pushes me to take on more than I can take. It makes me do more that I can do. And it ensures that I put in the effort to fulfill the expectations that have come from working with me.
I'm not that good but now I realise that I have a reputation - a brand attached to my name. It's an automatic high despite the fact that it's a lot of hard work.
I'm not out to impress, just going all out to take on new challenges in the coming work year.
